We Did It! Voted Best Private School 5 Years in a Row!

We are delighted to announce that Palmetto Christian Academy was once again voted Best Private School by the readers of Mount Pleasant Magazine! That's 5 years in a row! This year, more than 52,000 overall votes were cast in the Best Of Mount Pleasant contest. A huge thank you to our families and friends who voted for our school. We sincerely appreciate your support.

Lower School Selects Student Council Members

It was an historic election day vote as our Lower School students selected our first ever Student Council from grades 3-5.  This was the culmination of a very active election cycle. 3rd - 5th graders got the opportunity to hear campaign speeches from candidates who were running for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and class representatives. 

According to the Lower School Principal, Dr. Rick Martin, "the mission of the student council is to build responsible leaders within the PCA Lower School who impact the community, nation, and world for the glory of God". 

Student Council members will accomplish this mission through practical service, Christ-like leadership, and accountable resource management (time, talent and treasure).   

Congratulations to the 51 candidates who courageously put their name in the hat and to the newly elected 2018-2019 PCA Lower School Student Council. We look forward to seeing how God will use your leadership skills for our school and our community!
