Scot has been in law enforcement for over 35 years. He started out joining the US Army in1988 serving as a Military Police Officer. While in the Army he spent time in Europe and then stateside. He got out of the military in 1993 and became a civilian police officer graduating from South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and getting a job at the Medical University of Public Safety. Scot has one child who attends Hanahan High School. Scot has worked at East Cooper Baptist Church since he retired in 2017, and has been at PCA as a Campus Security Officer for the past 3 years.
