Faculty & Staff

Emily has an undergraduate degree in Biology from the College of Charleston and a Master's in Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. She has extensive experience in education, advising, and teaching at the college level, and is an experienced conference presenter in educational leadership and teacher training.  Her previous work at the college level includes admission, academic counseling and teaching at the University of Central Florida and American University.  Emily has been active at East Cooper Baptist Church with the Children's Ministry, Middle & High School Ministries, and various Women's Ministry events. She and her husband, Ali, have two daughters, Delaney and Berkley.
