Billie Ann earned a degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Literacy from The Citadel. She started teaching fifth grade Language Arts at PCA in 2017. Billie Ann is involved with her church,  Seacoast, as a high school small group leader, on prayer team, and is active with Sisterhood. She and her husband, Scott, have two kiddos, Sharlette and Samson, who both attend PCA. During her free time, she enjoys gardening and working out at Freedom Studio (come join me!)
