Dale graduated from The Citadel in 1990 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He currently serves as the Athletic Director at PCA. Before his current position, he was a volunteer coach for football, cross-country, basketball, soccer, and track. He is the head coach for cross-country and track, and served as the President of the PCA Athletic Booster Club from 2012-2014. Dale has always been heavily involved with athletics, having run cross-country, Indoor track, and Outdoor track at The Citadel. He is also very active in his church, being a member of the East Cooper Baptist Church Choir and having attended ECBC since 1989. He and his wife, Tasha, have two children.
