Kindergarten Visits The Pumpkin Patch!
Fall is the season for finding the perfect pumpkin, and PCA knows how to celebrate that fall tradition well. Last Friday, our kindergarten students finished up their unit on pumpkins by taking a trip to the West Farm Corn Maze.
Students were able to feed goats and cows, pick out and decorate a pint sized pumpkin, go on a hayride around the corn maze, eat some lunch, play in a pile of corn kernels, and finish off the day by taking part in fun fall STEM projects! The students were full of smiles (and corn kernels) as they headed back to school from a fantastic day on the farm.
